An operator running a real sunset sail out of Key West, whether a catamaran, a schooner or a tiki boat, who wants their cruise represented properly, or corrected. Send the live listing and the detail you think we have wrong.
A sunset trip with a live booking page that somehow never made it onto the site. It happens, and we would rather hear about the gap than leave it.
A question neither the FAQ nor our guides quite answers.

Honest expectations: one mailbox, read by a person, usually answered within a few days and sometimes slower around holiday weeks when the boats are packed. A reported factual error jumps the queue over everything else. We cannot write your itinerary or choose between the America 2.0 and a cocktail catamaran for you by email faster than the comparison pages can.

Where we are no use

Bookings are off the table. We cannot move a date, swap a boat, cancel a seat or refund a payment. Every sailing here is run by its own operator, from Sebago Watersports to the crew of the When And If, and your reservation lives with them from the moment you pay.

For anything tied to a reservation you already hold, start with the confirmation email. It carries your reference number, the check-in window and the dock where the crew expects you, plus a direct line to the operator, whether that is Fury Water Adventures, Classic Harbor Line or Sunset Watersports (see Is a sunset cruise in Key West worth it?). A same-day question gets answered faster that way. And a weather hold or a last-minute cancellation call can only ever come from the boat's side, never from this site.

Two details worth checking on that confirmation before you email anyone: where you board, because most of these cruises leave from the Key West Bight and Historic Seaport but a few operators use other marinas around the island, and the check-in time, which usually opens well before the published departure and closes before the boat leaves.
